Injury Massage is necessary when you over do it physically as well as emotionally. It usually takes getting regular massage sessions preferrably twice a week to rebalance your muscle tissue after a trauma like a car accident or other injury. Your car insurance may cover you injuries if they are the result of an accident. Your personal health insurance may cover pain and injuries with a prescription from your doctor.
